The Polish rider Taddy Blazusiak (KTM) is the first leader of the World Indoor Enduro World Cup after the spectacular start in Sheffield Arena. Blazusiak is in front of the US Mike Brown (KTM) and the British Graham Jarvis (Sherco). Iván Cervantes, the Spanish and current champion, came fourth in the global ranking.

Blazusiak had already declared himself to be in top form, getting the best times in the timed training sessions, three seconds below the second classified, David Knight (Kawasaki). The good relationship between the Polish rider and the British track started to be seen in the classifying rounds, where he was also best rider.

In the first final, despite the US rider Brown being the fastest at the start, Blazusiak made a come back straight away as several riders got snarled up, and he set a fast pace, crossing the checked flag in front of the French rider Antoine Méo (Husqvarna), Brown and Knight.

Blazusiak returned to carry the weight of the second race in the second heat and despite making some small mistakes, easily beat Jarvis and Brown. The Swiss rider Joakim Ljunggren (Husaberg) finished fourth, just ahead of Cervantes, who repeated fifth position.

The third final was the fastest for the Polish rider. Taddy was behind Brown, but made the most of a mistake the American made to overtake and once again finished in first place. Cervantes managed to recover from yet another bad start and finished third, although this did not manage to make the current champion look any happier.

In the provisional classification of the championship, Blazusiak has thirteen point of advantage over Brown, twenty over Jarvis and twenty two over Cervantes.

The next Indoor Enduro World Cup event will be held in Genoa (Italy) on 5th December
